Recipe Bean sprouts salad

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 2 tbsp. of sesame seeds
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 slices of pineapples
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 130 g shrimps
  • juice from a lemon
Preparation:
  • Drain off the bean sprouts in a colander and rinse out.
  • Fry the sesame seeds in a frying pan without oil. Then put on the shelf.
  • Cut the chives into thin rings. Dice the pineapples and cut the pepper into thin strips.
  • Put the bean sprouts, pineapples, pepper strips and shrimps in a bowl.
  • Mix the sesame oil, the soy sauce, chillis and lemon juice. Put the marinade on the salad.
  • Mix thoroughly and service with sesame seeds and chives.

Tip:

You may want to use chicken instead of shrimps.
