Recipe Beef with egg noodles

Ingredients (2 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 250 g filets of beef
  • 1 glove of garlic
  • Slice the beef in thin strips. Peel and mince the garlic.
  • Heat up the groundnut oil in a wok. Sear the filet. Add the Teriyaki sauce and garlic and fry again for 5 minutes with stirring.
  • In the meanwhile cook the egg noodles in salted water for 4-5 minutes, then strain.
  • Strain the bean sprouts. Put them to the beef.
  • Season to taste with Coconut milk and Sambal oelek.
  • Finally stir in the noodles.
