Rezept Biryani

Ingredients (2 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 1 pack of Asia Fix Tandoori Chicken
  • 250 g chicken or lamb meat
  • 100 g onions
  • 150 g carrots
  • 300ml of water
  • Dice the meat, cut the onions in rings and the carrots into strips. Prepare water.
  • Heat up the groundnut oil together with mixed spices 1 in a wok or a frying pan. As soon as the spices scent the air, add the meat and sear it. Then add the onions and the carrots and fry further.
  • Add water and stir in mixed spices 2 and bring it to a boil. Add the raw wok rice and mix it. Let the mixture braise under cover for about 15 minutes.
