Chinese noodle dish with turkey

Ingredients (2 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 300 gram of turkey breast
  • 1 red paprika
  • 1 green paprika
  • 1 small courgette
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 1 large onion
  • Leave the mix of shiitake mushrooms to soak in water for a couple of hours. Lightly boil the rice noodles in plenty of salted water for 4 minutes, strain and shock and keep them warm.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of wok oil in a wok or frying pan and add onion, finely chopped turkey breast and 1 tbsp of China herbs.
  • Allow the mixture to fry for 5 minutes, constantly stirring. Deglaze with 10 tbsp of soy sauce and add vegetables and strained mushrooms little by little.
  • Let the mixture fry for around 5 minutes, constantly stirring (the vegetables should be firm to the bite).
  • Season to taste with Sambal Oelek and a dash of salt. Add the rice noodles and serve. This dish can also be prepared without meat.
