Rezept Hühnercurry mit Kichererbsen

Ingredients (2 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 300 g of chicken filet
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 can peeled and diced tomatoes
  • 1 can chickpeas (225g)
  • Slice the chicken filet and the pepper
  • Heat up the wok starter in a frying pan. Fry the chicken filet shortly.
  • Add pepper and peeled tomatoes. Season with curcuma, cumin and red curry paste. Stirring well and braise under cover for 10-15 minutes at medium heat.
  • Rinse the chickpeas in a colander, add and mix everything well again. Season with soy sauce.
