Recipe Fried chickpeas

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 400 g of chickpeas (can)
  • 2 gloves of garlic
  • 1 splash of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. of flour
  • 1 tsp. of baking powder
  • salt
  • sunflower oil for frying
Preparation:
  • Heat up the oil in a pot.
  • In the meanwhile drain off the chickpeas in a colander and put it together with the gloves of garlic in a macerator.
  • Add lemon juice, mixed spices, flour and baking powder (salt, if you want) and mix it well. If the mixtures is too dry, add ore lemon juice.
  • Form 12 small balls, then fry them.
  • Drain off the fried balls on a paper towel.
