Rezept Bami Goreng

Ingredients (4 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 1 pack of Shan'shi Mie Egg noodles (250 gram)
  • 1 can of Shan'shi Wok vegetables (410 gram)
  • 2 tbsp of Shan'shi Wok oil
  • 4-5 tbsp of Shan'shi Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of Shan'shi Sambal Oelek
  • 1/2 tsp of Shan'shi Ginger
  • 1 knife-point of Shan'shi Chilies (chopped)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 150 gram of Chinese cabbage
  • 150 gram of broccoli
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 gram of shrimps (ready to eat)
  • 300 gram of chicken meat
  • 2 tbsp of fresh coriander (chopped)
  • Cook the noodles in salted water until they are firm to the bite (4-5 minutes). Strain, shock and drain. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces. Wash spring onions, Chinese cabbage and broccoli and cut them into fine stripes. Peel and finely chop the cloves of garlic. Pour wok oil into the pre-heated wok and fry the meat for a minute.
  • Add chilies and ginger, constant stirring. Add wok vegetables as well as the rest of the vegetables to the wok and allow the mixture to fry, constantly stirring. Push the vegetables onto the side and add the shrimps. Allow them to fry for a minute. Season with soy sauce and Sambal Oelek.
  • Add egg noodles and mix everything. Allow the mixture to fry for a minute, then garnish with coriander.

If you like it hot, simply add a bit of Shan'shi chili sauce.
