2 spring onions, 1 finely chopped clove of garlic and 1/2 tsp of sugar
Cut the meat into fine slices, quarter the mushrooms and finely chop the spring onions. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok and fry the garlic until gold brown. Add meat and mushrooms as well as the rest of the ingredients.
Let the mixture cook at high heat until the meat is cooked. Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
