Recipe Ginger duck with Pak Choi

Ingredients (2 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 50ml of Teriyaki marinade & sauce
  • 2 tbsp. of Groundnut oil
  • 1-2 tsp. of Ginger
  • 3-4 tbsp. of Mango Chutney
  • 2 filets of duck
  • 300 g of Pak Choi
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Wash the duck breast and carve into the skin. Scramble the teriyaki sauce and ginger in a soup bowl. Then marinate the duck breast.
  • Heat up the groundnut oil in a frying pan and sear the duck breast. Then fry slowly for about 7-10 minutes.
  • Wash the Pak Choi. Put the Pak Choi to the duck breast and fry it together with the duck.
  • Add the remaining marinade and season with salt and pepper. Cut the duck breast in slices and serve with Pak Choi and mango chutney.
