Recipe Ginger duck with Pak Choi
Ingredients (2 servings):
50ml of Teriyaki marinade & sauce
2 tbsp. of
1-2 tsp. of Ginger
3-4 tbsp. of Mango Chutney
filets of duck
of Pak Choi
Wash the duck breast and carve into the skin. Scramble the teriyaki sauce and ginger in a soup bowl. Then marinate the duck breast.
Heat up the groundnut oil in a frying pan and sear the duck breast. Then fry slowly for about 7-10 minutes.
Wash the Pak Choi. Put the Pak Choi to the duck breast and fry it together with the duck.
Add the remaining marinade and season with salt and pepper. Cut the duck breast in slices and serve with Pak Choi and mango chutney.
