glass-noodle-salat-asia-style Japan


Ingredients (6 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 300 g of mixed vegetables (frozen)
  • 150 g of shrimps (frozen)
  • 1 big onion
  • 2 gloves of garlic
  • 50 g of cashews
  • salt, pepper
  • Defrost the mixed vegetables and the shrimps
  • Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and put them aside.
  • Scramble the mixed spice (2 bags in one Asia Fix Bami Goreng) with 100ml water. Then stir in the coconut milk and the soy sauce.
  • Peel and dice the garlic and the onion. Mix it with the defrosted vegetables and add the rice noodles as well. Season according to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Heat up the ground-nut oil in a frying pan and sear the shrimps. Then take the shrimps out of the pan and put them aside.
  • Heat up the mixed spice-coconut-soy sauce mixture for some minutes.
  • Then put the shrimps and the mixed spice-coconut-soy sauce mixture to the rice noodles and the vegetables. Allow to infuse for some hours in the fridge.
  • Finally garnish with cashews.
