Recipe Indian risotto

Ingredients (2 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 150 g zucchini
  • 100 g peas
  • 1 small onion
  • 250ml of water
  • Dice the zucchini and the small onion.
  • Heat up the groundnut oil together with mixed spice 1 in a wok or a frying pan. As soon as the spices scent the ari, add and fry the onion, the zucchini and the peas.
  • Add the raw wok rice, coconut milk and water and stir in mixed spice 2. Let the mixture braise under cover for 10 minutes at small heat, stirring occasionally.
