Recipe Indonesian Omlette

Ingredients (2 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 1 carrott
  • 1 tsp. of coriander
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4 eggs
  • dash of salat
  • Peel the carrot and dicet them. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with sambal oelek, coriander and salt.
  • Heat up the wok or a pan. Add groundnut oil and vegetables under stirring.
  • Add the egg mixture and fry it at medium heat.
  • Carefully turn the omelette after about 4 minutes and fry the other side crispy.

Serve with wok rice and salad. Serve sambal oelek additionally.
