Recipe Kashmir Tofu India
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 300 g of smoked tofu
- 1 yellow onion
- Dice the onion and cut the tofu in cubes.
- Heat up the groundnut oil together with mixed spices 1 in a wok or a frying pan. As soon as the spices scent the air, add the onion and the tofu and fry well.
- Add the coconut milk and stir in mixed spices 2. Let the mixture simmer for some minutes.
