Recipe Mango smoothie

Ingredients (2 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • 250ml of guava juice (or orange juice)
  • agave juice or honey for sweetness
  • Peel the banana and the mango and cut them into small pieces. Put some mango pieces on small spits for decoration.
  • Mix up coconut milk, lemon grass, guava juice, banana and mango in a blender.
  • Season according to taste with agave juice or honey for sweetness.
  • Split the smoothie on two glasses and garnish with the small mango spits.
