Recipe pork filet with sesame on mint noodles

Ingredients (2 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 2 pieces of pork (at 150g)
  • 20 g sesame seeds
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint
  • Wash the pork, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Put the sesame seeds on a plate and roll the meat in it, so that they are well covered with sesame seeds.
  • Heat up the peanut oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the meat on each side for 10-12 minutes.
  • Boil the rice noodles in a pot firm to the bite, then strain and keep them warm.
  • Wash the mint leaves and slice into fine strips.
  • Mix the hot rice noodles with mint and the roasted sesamum oil; season with salt and spread on two plates.
  • Slice the pork and serve on the noodles.
