Recipe pork filet with sesame on mint noodles
Ingredients (2 servings):
2 tbsp. of
2 tbsp. roasted
pieces of pork (at 150g)
bunch of fresh mint
Wash the pork, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
Put the sesame seeds on a plate and roll the meat in it, so that they are well covered with sesame seeds.
Heat up the peanut oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the meat on each side for 10-12 minutes.
Boil the rice noodles in a pot firm to the bite, then strain and keep them warm.
Wash the mint leaves and slice into fine strips.
Mix the hot rice noodles with mint and the roasted sesamum oil; season with salt and spread on two plates.
Slice the pork and serve on the noodles.
