Rasedar – indian oven vegetables in coconut sauce

Ingredients (4 servings):


Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 300 g vegetables (e.g. green beans, tomatoes, peas, cauliflower)
  • Pre-heat the oven to 220 degree.
  • Peel the potatoes and dice them. Cut the vegetables into pieces and provide the coconut milk.
  • Heat up the wok oil together with mixed spices 1 in a wok or a frying pan. As soon as the spices scent the air, add the potatoes and the vegetables and fry them.
  • Add the coconut milk, stir in mixed spices 2 and bring to a boil. Put the mixture in a baking dish, cover it and cook for about 30 minutes in the oven.
