Recipe Tikka Masala

Ingredients (2 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 300 g of chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 250 g of yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp. of tomato paste
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of cloves finely-ground
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Slice the chicken. Peel and dice the onion.
  • Mix the yoghurt with cumin, curcuma, wok spices, 1 pinch of cinnamon and 1 pinch of cloves. Then mix with the chicken strips.
  • Heat up the frying pan and sear the chicken-yoghurt mixture with the onion. Season with coconut milk, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
  • Season according to taste with sambal oelek. Then let the mixture braise for about 10 minutes.
