Heat up 1 tbsp of Shan'shi wok oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon on both sides until crisp. Add the Teriyaki sauce and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes at medium heat. Remove the salmon from the frying pan and keep the fish warm on pre-heated plates in the oven. Peal and finely chop some garlic. Cut the vegetables into suitable pieces. Heat up the remaining oil, add the garlic and allow to fry for 5-8 minutes until crisp.
Season to taste with soy sayce and serve the sauce with the salmon.

Serve with Shan'shi wok rice. If you want a slightly spicier dish, refine the Teriyaki sauce with 1/2 tsp of Shan'shi Sambal Oelek.
