Samosas India


preparation time: 30 minutes
cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredient for 12 samosas (ca. 4 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 2 pack flaky pastry (ca. 540g)
  • 200 g hash
  • 250 g onions
  • 1 egg
  • 50ml water
  • Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
  • Cut the hand-peeled chicken and provide water.
  • Warm the mixed spices 1 togehter with wok oil in the wok. If the spices begin to smell, add onions and fry it. Furthermore add hash and roast it.
  • Compound water and mixed herbs 2 too and boil all together up. After a few minutes consign it and cool it down.
  • Roll some flaky pastry and cut six quadrate of each packaging. Put the stuffing at a small side, baste the flaky pastry rims with egg and form triangularly wontons (samosas). 
  • Baste the samosas with egg and bake it in the oven for circa 15-20 minutes.

You can also use pizza dough instead of flaky pastry.
