Rezept Saté with groundnut-sauce

Ingredients (2 servings):

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 onion
  • 50 g of peanuts
  • 80-100ml of water of chicken bouillon
  • 200 g of chicken breast
Preparation:
  • Peel and dice the onion. Heat up 2 tbsp. of groundnut oil in a wok, then add the onions and the peanuts.
  • Season with sambal oelek, sweet soy sauce, ginger and fry for about 5 minutes at medium heat.
  • Add some water or chicken bouillon step-by-step.
  • Put the mixture in a food chopper.
  • Add 2 tbsp. of groundnut oil.
  • Slice the chicken breast in thin strips and thread the chicken breast on darts. Put some groundnut oil on the chicken breast and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
