Shan’shi wok noodle salad

Ingredients (4-5 servings):

  • 2-3 large tomatoes (diced)
  • (if wanted) 200 gram of minced meat
  • salt
Preparation:
  • Heat the sesame or wok oil, add the minced meat and allow it to fry until it is crispy brown. Mix and add bean sprouts, Chop Suey and tomatoes. In the meantime, cook the wok noodles for 3-4 minutes.
  • Place all ingredients in a large salad bowl and mix well. Season to taste with wok seasoning agent, chilies, rice vinegar, soy sauce and salt.
