Rezept Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients (2 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 2 pc. chicken legs (ca. 400g)
  • 400 g mixed vegetables (e.g. potatoes, carrots, paprika, onions)
  • Pre-heat the oven to 220 °C upper- and lower heat.
  • Peel the chicken and cut it 4-5 times across the fibrous.
  • Stir mixed spices 1 into groundnutoil and coat the chicken legs with a pusty brush.
  • Cut the vegetables into small pieces, put it in an oiled gratin dish and combine it with mixed spices 2.
  • Fry the chicken legs and vegeatbles together in the oven (ca. 60 minutes).
