Rezept Tofu Ratatouille

  • 200 g tofu or smoked tofu
  • 150 g broccholi
  • 150 g paprika
  • 100 g shallot
  • 50ml water
Preparation:
  • Divide broccholi in floweret, cut tofu and paprika in pieces, divide shallot in rings.
  • Warm mixed spices together with wok oil in the frying pan. If the spices begin to smell, add tofu and fry it. Add challot, broccholi and paprika and roast it continue.
  • Add water and soy sauce and stir mixed herbs 2 in. Keep the lid closed cook it finish in 6 minutes. Stir occasaionally.

Tip:

 If you use a smaller or bigger pack of tofu, match the vegetables to achieve the total weight.
