Rezept Wasabi Senf Sauce

Ingredients (2 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 2 spring onions
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 tbsp. of mustard
  • juice from a half citron
  • 50ml of water
  • 1 tbsp. of Cornstarch or potatoe starch
  • Wash the spring onions and cut them into thin rings.
  • Heat up the wok oil in a frying pan and roast gently the spring onions. Then add the coconut milk. Season with lemon grass, salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice and wasabi paste.
  • Scramble Cornstarch or potatoe starch with water, then mix it with the sauce and bring the mixture to boil.
  • Serve with grilled fish or chicken.
