Yoghurt with kiwi puree

Ingredients (2 servings):

Shan´shi Ingredients:
  • 1/2 tsp. of Lemon grass
  • 1/2 tsp. of Ginger
Ingredients:
  • 500ml of natural yoghurt
  • 10 tbsp. of lychee juice
  • 2 Kiwis
Preparation:
  • Peel the kiwis and mash it with 2 tbsp. of lychee juice. Mix the yoghurt with lemon grass, ginger and the remaining lychee juice and fill it in 2 cups or glasses.
  • Cover with kiwi puree. Serve it!
